Highly commended buns

So Jan at the Easter Show liked the aroma of my buns so much she highly commended them.
Although a bit dense, they looked great.
Here is how I plan to win next year:
1. Less brown sugar, more castor sugar
2. Fresh yeast instead of dried
3. A smidgeon less fruit
