Nanny's Crepe Recipe

  • 1/3 cup canola oil 
  • 4 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of plain flour
  • Enough milk to bring the mix to the consistency a bit thicker than pouring cream
    1. Whisk eggs with oil thoroughly
    2. Add salt
    3. Slowly add flour and milk until you achieve a satiny/creamy consistency
    Serve with ground walnuts & plum povidel, or lemon & vanilla sugar.Yum!
